Morning Annie! Looks like you've been very busy creating - just adorable each and everyone one! Im glad you got to go "home" via the new diner! I've never had collard greens but think I might need to try them. I've been a New Englander all my life until 10 yrs ago and moved to midAtlantic; may have to go a little further south to get some of that southern cooking though!lol Have a fun weekend - Jeannette
