Christmas Decorating...Day One!

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! And hope you were able to keep those extra pounds off! I'm afraid to step on my scale to look!

Well, we picked out our tree yesterday! Oh, it's so pretty! I can't wait to get it decorated. I'll put the lights on today and then we'll all decorate it tonight. And we brought in all the boxes of decorations from the garage.

There are boxes on the front porch filled with outside decorations and boxes in the kitchen, which have most of my Christmas cookie jars in them.

We've done a little unpacking and "putting up". Here's my son, Justin, clowning around. Or I should say "snow maning" around! LOL!

After four months I FINALLY got caught up on my ornie sales. So I worked on a few things over the weekend that I had started and never got chance to finish, until now. I just listed a bunch of new items over on my Olde Annie Primitives website. If you get a chance, stop by and see all my newest listings. In the meantime, here's a few of my new creations.

There's a lot more. Click here to see my newest listings!

I'll be back tomorrow to show you some of my decorations, and hopefully our tree! Have a good day! ~~Annie

I'm not sure if you know this or not but I have learned a lot from you. Your blog was the first blog I had ever been to. So I learned by example from you. I had no idea how to start. I just spent a lot of time looking around and taking

Anyhow, I had "hearted" you on Etsy as one of my favorite sellers. I was looking at one of your listings one day and saw your "blog" address. The rest is history....You are my HERO....LOL.

I have been watching your work on Ebay over the last year and loved it. Then, I joined the Primitive Sisters Of The Past group on Ebay. That's where I first got introduced to you personally. I was so glad you were as nice as you work is.
Anyway, I have been spending most of my time on Etsy for the last month or so and I am so pleased we both belong to the Old Farmhouse Gathering group. I look foward to getting to know you better.

Hope to talk to you soon and keep up the BEAUTIFUL work.
